Very friendly hotel staff. Very helpful when I checked in early.

Enjoyed my stay and the pleasant friendly attitude of all staff from front door security, front desk staff, house keeping staff as well as the restaurant staff. All had been fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Jakarta, especially in Jakarta Barat region.

The hotel is nice. There's a swimming pool, but I've never tried swimming there.

The elevator needs frequent maintenance. I was trapped in the elevator yesterday.

A hotel with a strategic location and close to the mall.

Hotel staff was very friendly & helpful upon check in.

The toilet drain hole is not smooth so it has a rather unpleasant smell.

The room air conditioner is old, noisy and not so cold. The rooms may need a little renovation to make them look nicer.
