Clean room OK airy ……….

The hotel chain operates very unprofessionally, providing bad experiences during the stay.

The staff was ok but I rented 2 different rooms and asked the staff to change rooms. The staff said they wouldn't change them. The floor was dirty and dusty, many rooms were small. The room was for 2 people but they only gave me 1 pair of slippers! The good thing is that it's close to where I'm going, so motorbikes and cars can't get into the motel because it's a small alley!

Friendly and agile staff, bedroom has mosquitoes, room soundproofing is quite poor, toilet has problems, clogged often

Toilet equipment is damaged and needs maintenance.

The hotel stinks, the bed and mattress are moldy

It's a 3-star hotel, but it's located in an alley without a sign. The room is old and dirty, and the bed sheets are super old and dirty.

Booked on traveloka but won the room 2 hours @@ (2 hours on the name of the room when I booked but I didn't notice). Fortunately, I have work to do, so I can stay for 2 hours. The plus point is that the room is clean, the bathroom is super clean. But a bit small, and the hotel does not change new bed sheets for guests who come later. Hidden location, suitable for hiding with mistress :v
