Thank you very much for the service.. this place is recommended, it is close to the crowd too.. easy access.. wifi, hot water, free water in the room corridor are available.. only the TV channel is full of ants hahaha (I didn't watch it anyway) and check in time must be at 14:00 if before 14:00 check in we pay 50k and also we deposit 50k which is returned at check out

The hotel was dirty, the floor was stained, the staff was unresponsive, and guests were still busy playing with their phones when they arrived. The pillows smelled of sweat, the sheets were sticky, and the room was dirty with hair on it. You get what you pay for.

The hotel is nice, comfortable, and clean, but I think there are some shortcomings in the facilities. There are no toothbrushes or toothpaste, which for a hotel priced at 180,000 Rupiah and above, is not enough for me. Because guests from out of town might forget to bring toiletries, I thought maybe the hotel would have them, but it turns out they don't.

The pillows and bed covers smell, just tell the receptionist and they will replace them... very friendly, if it still smells, just tell the lady who is in charge 👍👍 the AC is cold, the staff are friendly, I will come back here again, everyone is friendly

The room is comfortable and cool, the bathroom is clean, I booked 2 rooms but in one of the rooms the AC was leaking, the staff was quick to fix it so it's okay, overall it's really comfortable to rest after a long journey
