The room is clean and has a fragrance, got amenities, cold AC and there is a refrigerator that is also cold, hot water works 24 hours, looking for food nearby. Just add a bathroom with a fragrance, towels if possible 2 pcs, and wifi can be shared because in the room the signal is immediately lost. Overall according to the price below 200k it is good.
