Everything here is fine The bathroom is quite big and comfortable However, in my opinion, the design and lighting arrangement are not reasonable

The room is clean and airy. The staff is enthusiastic but the soundproofing is a bit poor.

Disappointed with the staff's supportive attitude, the hotel lobby is cramped so there is no parking space in front of the hotel, must park 300m away. Do not inform guests in advance about parking time and do not support guests to get their car the next morning, oh my gosh. It makes my trip a lot worse. The hotel does not have air conditioning, at night it is quite hot and stuffy to sleep, there is a fan but when you turn it on it makes me sneeze

The first time I booked, I was a bit worried because I was afraid it wouldn't be like the picture. But no, this is really the most satisfactory hotel I've ever booked. The lobby smells good, the rooms are clean, the service is attentive. The hotel is very beautiful and spacious, oh my gosh, I love it so much. I don't want to go home. Next time I come to DL, I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends.

A familiar place to stay every time I go to Da Lat, but there is a construction nearby so it's a bit noisy, the breakfast bar is still not finished.

The location is quite close to the market, about 5 minutes by motorbike. The staff is super enthusiastic and cute. The rooms are clean, the interior is luxurious, very new, the staff cleans the room every day. The hot and cold water system is always guaranteed, the water pressure is strong. There is an elevator. The soundproofing system between the rooms is ok. However, when I stayed, there was a construction project next door, so when I opened the window for ventilation, the room was near the ventilator, it was quite noisy. The mattress in my room was a bit sunken, so my back hurt a bit when lying down. I hope the hotel improves. The lobby is beautiful and comfortable. I used the car rental service at the hotel, the car was a bit old, weak and the brakes were not very effective. I reported to the hotel and they supported me enthusiastically. Overall, I am quite satisfied with this hotel. Suitable for adults or large families, it will be very comfortable.
