Good, enthusiastic staff, the room is a bit hot

Friendly staff solve problems very reasonably & cutely, right at the front so it's really convenient to take a bus, I really like the hot and cold water system at the hotel, the water is strong and easy to adjust, if only the hotel had a pet service, it would be great 🩷 There are many restaurants near the hotel, walking is also convenient 💯

Before 11:00: We arrived and informed reception of our early arrival; they said they would notify us if a room became available sooner. 11:00–14:00: We waited in the lobby with around 10 other guests. 14:00: All other waiting guests were called to check in; we were not. Upon enquiry, the receptionist stated we had been overlooked. Separately, we hired a motorbike for two days at 120,000 per day. We returned the key at 07:00 on the last day, but at checkout, we were charged for two and a half days because the key was returned on the morning of the third day. We had not been informed of this policy. The receptionist said a night‑shift colleague had failed to inform us, but still required payment.

Enthusiastic staff, clean and airy space

The room is clean and spacious, the staff cleans the room regularly, the staff is also cute and enthusiastic in helping my family book a car to go out. Very satisfied.

Ok. What I like most here is that it's very clean. The only thing is that the lights in the room are not arranged properly.

3 days 2 nights here is quite ok. The room is airy, clean, few hotels I praise the bathroom but here I quite like the bathroom In general, I mainly went out to play so there was only 1 window view on a light rainy afternoon.

Clean room, friendly and lovely staff

The hotel is conveniently located. It costs $2 to get to the market by taxi, or you can walk there if you want a bit of exercise. The room facilities were great—new, clean, and well-functioning. I heard about the disruption in hot water supply in other hotels, but it was not the case in The Luxe—hot water was always readily available. There was no air conditioner, but in fact, we didn't need one. The weather was cool enough during the daytime and cold enough at night, and the room was airy if we opened the window a bit. The price was so friendly when compared to the quality we enjoyed. We'll come back to this hotel the next time.

Room price is ok. Clean and beautiful. Crowded. Each car park is small when there is no parking space.

Everything here is fine The bathroom is quite big and comfortable However, in my opinion, the design and lighting arrangement are not reasonable

The hotel is located on the main road, very convenient for moving, new and clean rooms.
