Clean and comfortable rooms, a clean swimming pool, and a varied breakfast. It would be even better if there was staff at the lobby to greet you.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was delicious and varied even though the price per pack was not too expensive.

Grand Karlita Hotel Purwokerto is so grande. We love the various tea options for breakfast + gula batu.

Overall, it was good, except that breakfast (which was replaced by sahur) was incomplete and served a little late. Furthermore, the staff was uncooperative when we requested an omelet, even though it was available at the time, but refused, claiming it was for guests in the room.

Disappointed with the service during sahur. It was like a wife was angry with her husband, cooking it, then placing it on the dining table, and then leaving it. Not a single hotel employee was present, only the staff who asked from the room. A woman, perhaps annoyed, even took a photo and posted it (perhaps to her community group). The disposable plates and glasses that are usually always taken, were not taken. If they are not prepared to provide sahur service, it would be better to say so from the start.

The hotel is strategically located. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful, communicative when we had any problems, even responding quickly to chats. The food menu is comprehensive and delicious. The hallways throughout the hotel are brightly lit. I was very satisfied and would stay again if I had the opportunity. Thank you.

The hotel staff refused to deliver food for sahur, even though it was included in the hotel's service. Everyone has their own busy schedules, so they refused to even ask for it to be delivered, citing unclear reasons. I truly regret staying here. Please be smart.

Good: spacious rooms, ample parking, clean Bad: location far from eating places/city center, rooms are not soundproof, food tastes lacking, swimming pool has no lifeguard and no rules (women wear robes, adults wear trousers all swimming in the pool) it feels like a pool in the villages
