I think until the room, all the facilities will work, even the TV doesn't work, the air conditioner is hot, there's no cold. At night there are lots of mosquitoes, the door is broken and can't be closed. What's worse, when I go out for a walk in the afternoon, I don't turn off the AC so that the room will be cold later. Eh, when I arrived, the AC was off and closed by itself (horror). If you go to Gili to stay here again, no, think 1000 times, I think. Not good.

How can hotel staff ask for additional room rates at check out. Their reasons are very, very unreasonable. We have paid in full from Traveloka. Very bad service from the staff. No friendly at all. Bed Service!

Tempatnya nyaman murah dan tentunya di pinggir pantai dan dekat pasar malam dan pelabuhan jadi mau kemana mana enak sekali. Pokoknya the best.

Greeted well, very friendly service, served with a smile. Pretty good room. Very good location very close to the harbor. Pas accidentally poured drinks into his father's bed sheet with alacrity immediately replace the new bed sheet. Very comfortable despite many bars but not disturbing. Highly recommend hotel!

We stay for 2 nights at this hotel and it was so good. A nice welcome from the staff and a fresh welcome drinks. I am forgot who was the name of the staff, but he was so friendly and polite , arranged a bike for us, help us to booking 3 islands tour, even prepared a bunch of bread for us before we are leaving to the island tour. A great hospitality ! The room facilities is work well and wifi is strong enough to watch a youtube 👍. The only problem was clogged in the toilet and smell not really good, but overall we are satiesfied the hotel !
