Why is there only one bedside table? Then there is no charging socket for the cellphone cable above the bedside table, so I have to charge it on the writing desk. The mattress is not hard, so for me who has back pain and has just had major surgery, it is really uncomfortable. Even though I asked for a good, hard mattress, I also didn't get an extra pillow, even though I usually stay at Po hotels. This time I was disappointed, the food was not delicious. When we stayed, the porridge was too salty, the soto was not good. I got rooms 1212 + 1236, asking to be close together because one was a child's room, but the location and room number were in a different, far hallway. Sad because there was a funeral event so I was lazy to take care of it, and I was already tired when I went back to the room. I like the one on the 11th floor because the mattress is hard, but maybe that floor is only for special guests. So every time I asked for a room on the 11th floor, it was never given.

I've known PO Hotel since it was still called Crown. I was a member with multiple benefits. After a while, I stayed again yesterday, and the room was still as clean and well-maintained as before. Only the breakfast options were more varied than in the Crown era. BTW, thank you PO Hotel, and hopefully we'll be back again next time.

Booked 2 rooms: Room 1 had a problem, couldn't get into the room, had to wait for engineering for quite a long time. Room 2: The AC in the room didn't work, it was very hot, also had to call engineering. The refrigerator was broken, had to be replaced. Even though we were very tired from driving from Jakarta.
