This hotel is very satisfying! It's very clean, the strategic location makes it easy to reach, and the friendly and helpful service made me feel very comfortable. Furthermore, the hotel is close to Paragon Mall, which offers a variety of shopping and entertainment options. I stayed 3 nights at this hotel for a holiday, the first room I got needed a lot of maintenance, luckily the staff there were very helpful in changing my room, the staff there also paid attention to our requests during check-in, the room was quite large and soundproof, the hotel is located in a mall which I think is one of the most complete malls in Semarang so there are many choices and activities, for eating the menu is very varied and delicious, the drawbacks are the partition between the bathroom and the bedroom does not use a wall, and the lack of maintenance. But the staff 5 star out of 5 top.

A pleasant experience staying in Semarang while on vacation with family. Access to shopping centers that are just a step away and close to the city center and local heritage (such as Lawang Sewu) and local culinary which is very close just by walking. Complete hotel facilities (swimming pool, fitness center, and adequate car parking). The restaurant's food menu has many variations and delicious flavors.

one of the favorite hotels in Semarang, it's complete here. maybe it needs to be added with kids-friendly facilities... oh yeah, thank you sis Felesiya at the reception for looking for a room to move to, still friendly even though it was really hectic, satisfied with the service 👍🏻 on average the staff are all friendly and helpful

direct access to paragon mall via ground floor. got a room with no view, unfortunately not informed at reception. booked via traveloka too. until the room opened the curtains then found out. friendly staff of all levels, from 15 minutes of arrival immediately called whether there were any problems or not. yes the only drawback is not being informed that the room has no view

Age 5 is charged for breakfast, the omelettes are cold, and the restaurant is always full so when having breakfast you always sit far from the restaurant. The variety of food is standard The escalator from the 6th floor parking lot to the 7th floor is always down and only opens during mall opening hours, but when asked to the officer, the answer is always rude

for a 5 star, the condition of the hotel room is very bad. the room smells musty, the curtains are torn, the carpet is dirty, and the toilet is full of scale. the ceiling of the room and in the hallway outside the room or in front of the elevator are full of leaks, patches, etc. finally it smells musty and damp. the air conditioner is also not cold. we were upgraded to a room type above, the curtains were no longer torn but the sofa was dusty and made our family's feet itchy, the room smelled musty, an air purifier was promised but what came was a fragrance spray 🥲 the pool area that can be used for children is also combined with the smoking area, so it is not child friendly
