I've stayed here several times, and yesterday I got a room with a pool view. It was great.

A family favorite hotel... kids always have a great time staying here.

Overall, staying at Vega was very comfortable. It was close to everywhere. I got a room in the new building, it was comfortable. However, the CS was not diligent in cleaning… the dirty table with food crumbs was not cleaned (the table was empty without any personal belongings of the guests); the bathroom floor was not mopped (maybe it was just cleaned haphazardly because the foot stains on the floor were not cleaned (I stayed for 1 week), there was a time when a dirty glass was not washed, there was once a time when the towels were not replaced. Overall OK, the PR is only on the cleaning, maybe their performance needs to be improved. Thank you, always success Vega hotel.

The hotel staff is friendly and the service is very satisfying.

Check-in was friendly, but upon entering my room, I was disappointed because it wasn't what I'd booked. I complained, and the receptionist insisted it was a Royal Deluxe, even though I'd shown photos on Traveloka and even on the screen behind them. Finally, they asked the housekeeper to bring a small pillow and table to my room. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The restaurant staff were also friendly and prompt in serving. The children's pool was clean and safe, with towels provided. Overall, the kids had a great stay here.

The staff was quite friendly, but when we were carrying our luggage, we had to push the trolley all the way to our room. Perhaps there was no staff to help, or perhaps it was due to a shortage of staff? We suggest hiring staff who can specifically help carry luggage.
