There are cockroaches in the bathroom, the mattress is too soft.

Overall, the cleanliness of the room and the location are okay. But there is something lacking, namely the lack of free parking facilities, so you have to park your car at the mall and pay normally per hour until check out. Maybe there should be free parking facilities for guests. Thank you.

The room is clean and comfortable. Complete facilities. The owner is very fast response. The owner is very helpful to our needs during our stay. We were given free parking access so we didn't have to pay extra for parking at the supermall. Highly recommended to stay here. If I go to Tangerang again, Lala House will be my main choice.

Perfect stay in the city. The room is clean and spacious, cooking equipment is complete, free access to swimming pool, you can go to Supermal Karawaci by walk, and also their helper (bu Tini) helps a lot. Definitely will come back to staying in here🫶

Mrs. Mira is very friendly, h+1 after ordering the apartment will be wa for information about the apartment and wifi. Mrs. Tini is also very helpful in bringing the room key in the lobby. The studio apartment is very clean and nice. Can see the citylight of Tangerang, very close to the Karawaci mall, go down the elevator, look for B1, immediately arrive. Not bad from the airport, only an hour.
