All good, there were quite a lot of black ants, it turned out there was food left under the bed, which means when sweeping, they didn't clean under the bed.

Check-in and check-out were easy, the staff was friendly, and the quiet atmosphere made for a comfortable rest. Hopefully, if I stay again, I'll get a promo, hehe.

Location in the middle of Banyuwangi city, very cheap but excellent service. I stayed at this hotel during Ramadhan 2025, got sahur rice.

Our family booked 2 rooms for 3 days, arrived at the hotel at 23.00, the staff were friendly and served us, near the cafe location. Only the cleanliness of the outside of the room needs to be improved, it seems like this is still managed by the family

Friendly staff, smooth wifi. For family room on the 2nd floor with balcony view. Unfortunately the room condition is not very clean. There are scattered hairs near the bed & bathroom drain. The toilet seat also needs to be repaired. Also. Wallpaper under the sink. Don't forget to prepare your own toiletries. Enter from next to the mixue (if you're bored, just walk there), the homestay is a bit tucked away from there

Cleanliness of the room and bathroom should be improved. I even cleaned the hair that clogged the bathroom myself. The pillowcase and small pillow smell musty. The TV channels are full of ants and blurry. When checking in, the staff did not take the initiative and offered help with guest luggage. Suitable for a transit hotel. Thank you

He said it was a sharia hotel but made him drunk, "And it was already break time at 01.00 in the morning, it was still noisy, making it difficult for other guests to rest... Please recondition it, the sink is leaking, the water is spilling "where".

Thank you for choosing Eston House as your place to stay in Banyuwangi. Sorry for the inconvenience because at that time there was a musical group staying at our place who came home from the concert in the middle of the night and did things that really disturbed the comfort of other guests, but at that time we immediately followed up with the group to comply with the regulations. We are a sharia homestay and do not disturb other guests who are resting. As a form of responsibility, we have also returned accommodation costs to other guests who were disturbed.
