The hotel's location is quite strategic and easily accessible and not far from tourist locations, the hotel is quite comfortable with the services and facilities provided in the room, and also affordable prices.

The staff is friendly, checking in is also not difficult, the ambiance of the room and the environment is very family friendly, the soundproofing is also very good. The parking lot is spacious, and the security is very helpful. It was nice to stay here. Gonna revisit and recommend to the others!

Comfortable room, all staff are friendly, flexible, close to Indomaret, people selling food, complete facilities, starting from smart TV can Netflix, fast wifi, breakfast is also okay, playground and swimming pool, so the kids feel at home, worth it next time if you go to Batu, come here again.

the staff is very friendly and helpful. book executive room did not expect it to be that big and very comfortable with tv that can watch yt movies etc, wifi is also fast enough to work and safe. the bathroom is also very good the hot water works well. the cleanliness is very good. for access it is also close to the town square, yesterday I went to bns about 15 minutes, it was very okay for the atmosphere is also quite calm. req room upstairs can get 2nd floor can use lift and the view in the morning is like a green hill, it's really cool, you definitely won't regret it. hopefully can stay here again.

The room is not so spacious, the bathroom is not very clean, the hot water smells. They said it would take a while, 5-10 minutes, but it wasn't hot at all for half an hour. Poor baby, he didn't get a bath, he was just given a coin. The room is actually comfortable, close to everywhere, especially the town square. The breakfast is the best, even though the variety isn't that much, but the taste is the best in the poll.
