Friendly staff, beautiful room view, never want to leave

Spacious, beautiful, clean room, convenient location near the center and beach

The price is very good compared to the location, the room is very new and reasonably designed. The room view is extremely beautiful, the room is clean, the staff is super friendly. The breakfast is delicious, not too many dishes but the days are not the same. On the 27th floor there is a swimming pool and a free gym. Walking across the street is the beach. 10 points with nothing to complain about, if I have the opportunity to return to Nha Trang I will still stay here.

Everything is ok near the sea, the elevator moves fast ☺️

Convenient location. Full amenities around, a few steps to the beach.

Staff was not willing to help guests with luggage. Check-in was 2 hours late from the scheduled time due to unacceptable technical reasons. Room check-in was late with incomplete room cleaning, not clean, no towels when checking in late.

The hotel has no on-site parking. Poor soundproofing. The room door is difficult to open and close. There are shoe marks on the bed. The wifi is 5-star hotel but worse than wifi in the countryside. The receptionist is not attentive (check out and told to wait 5 minutes but when it was done, the receptionist informed the guest and made the guest wait and replied that the room had been checked out for a long time).

Toilet attached to bed but no range hood so inconvenient

For a 5-star hotel, I rate it as not good. There is no security guard at the lobby, guests have to carry their own suitcases from the street, for a 5-star hotel, such a service is bad The TV is not a smart TV There was hair on the bed when I entered, I don't know if it was from a previous guest or a room cleaning staff

Food is okay, convenient to move around and there is a TV in the room but I want to watch YouTube but I can't, maybe because I haven't researched carefully but it's okay. Clean

4 star hotel but the slippers in the room look very strange, can the hotel replace them with cloth slippers instead? I have stayed here many times and experienced many rooms, some rooms have weak toilet water like it is clogged, the bathroom door is stuck and cannot be pushed, the room is soundproofed poorly, the glass is dirty

Old hotel, the mattress is not comfortable, the parking area is very boring, guests do not park but let taxis park, making it difficult to drive in.
