It wasn't a perfect experience here, probably because I went on a weekend, and since most of the tourists were foreigners, the staff weren't very enthusiastic. Firstly, after washing off the sand and heading straight to the rooftop pool, the pool staff pointed at my husband and mother and told them to go shower, saying they were still very dirty, covered in sand! If my son hadn't insisted on going to the pool, we would have gone back to our room already! Secondly, the breakfast buffet wasn't very diverse or varied. Thirdly, I felt like the staff preferred tipping culture from other countries, so the service for Vietnamese people, assuming tipping wasn't allowed, felt rather lackluster.

My family stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. The view was amazing and it was conveniently located near the city center. We will definitely come back again.

I'm from Hanoi and visited Nha Trang from April 26-29, renting a room at Comodo. Aside from the slightly long wait for my room (almost 2 PM, which is the standard check-in time, but I usually get early check-in), I found the rooms and service to be excellent. The staff were also great, enthusiastic, and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. My personal experience here was very good. This is my first review on the app, 9/10 points. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Nha Trang!
