Hospitality is beyond doubt. All staff are very friendly. For those who like quiet, it's better here. The atmosphere is very calm.

Really enjoyable, all the staffs are great! And super helpful. One time I'm having trouble with the bike 's lock at some bar (can't be open, I can't go back to the hotel because its kind of far from the hotel), and one of the staff pick us up and let me use his bike. It 's far from the main attraction (bar, party, etc) and it 's near sunset point which I like the most! Not loud, very calm and peaceful. Loving the tent and the ambience outside the tent is also nice. The breakfast are good, overall loving my stay here!

Highly recommended for those who are looking for tranquility and a quiet atmosphere for a vacation. Very clean and very comfortable to stay during your vacation on Gili Trawangan. Don't ask questions about food because everything is delicious.

Had 1 night stay here, staff very helpful. He explain everything about the facilities we got from hotel and the activities that we can do near the hotel. The hotel quiet far from the port. So you need to take cidomo/ andong, or you can rent the bike near the port. It's a hidden gems in gili trawangan. Breakfast very delicious.

Very exciting first time Glamping experience. Even though the location is quite far from the port, it is recommended to use Cidomo to get here. The cost at that time was 100 thousand. The facilities that can be considered are very worth it. There is snorkel gear and bicycles on loan for free. Moreover, the hospitality during the stay, top Mas Muhid. Breakfast is also varied and delicious! Hopefully I can come here again if you go to Gili Trawangan.

Puas sekali menginap di sini, hanya 2 menit dari pangai barat dan 5 menit dari pantai selatan. Staff & pelayanan sangat ramah. Akan kembali lagi saya pasti dengan pasangan.

It is recommended to stay on Gili Trawangan Island if you want to be away from the crowds. Very friendly staff, we are lucky to be served so well.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though there are lots of mosquitoes, don't worry, there are baygons, you can get onthel bikes per guest. The breakfast is delicious and filling even though there are only 4 menu choices.

Interesting! who wants a glamping-style stay with a calm atmosphere and away from the crowd, this place is suitable. The staff is friendly and responsive when there are requests such as during our stay, one of the bikes borrowed from the hotel cannot be used and there is no need to wait long from the time we contacted, the hotel staff came with a replacement bicycle.
