Awesome, nice place, near the mall and very accessible, the staff was so kind and approachable, very clean and the food was so yummy, will stay here again for our next summer vacation, most recommended.

Management are not flexible to customer needs. This is the worst customer service. They only care for the profit not for customer satisfaction.

The service was great but the buffet was not that good. The waiter informed us that they don't refill the food so if you take breakfast like we did between 8.30 am-9 am chances are you won't be able to get some of the food. I suggest that if this is the usual practice, that the offer rates without breakfast since there is a coffee shop and other restaurants across the hotel that serve breakfast.
