I love the locations, near from many hidden culinary (I mean you can walk like 10 minutes to get good quality coffee)

the bathroom floor is level with the floor, so sometimes the bathroom water comes out

The hotel is clean, close to the city and the staff are friendly.

Upon entering the hotel, the security guard was friendly. Upon arriving at the reception, we were asked to wait 30 minutes because the room we had booked wasn't available. We were switched to a smoking room, even though the booking requested non-smoking. We were still asked to wait another 10 minutes. Understandably, it was probably because it was the weekend. We got a room on the 6th floor at the very end. Vehicles could be heard passing by, and the sound of corrugated iron or tin cans blowing in the wind, probably from a neighboring hotel. The TV was still an old LED model, not a smart TV. The refrigerator was replaced by a technician after complaints that it wasn't cooling. It was probably because of the promotional price, so the facilities were included in the promotion. 🥲 The swimming pool isn't very big. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. The breakfast area is poorly maintained and inadequate for a large number of guests. The food is decent. The swimming pool area is also poorly maintained. There's no guide even though the pool is quite deep. The changing area smells of urine and is poorly maintained. The room is quite comfortable for the price. The large bed is also large and comfortable. There's no trash can in the bathroom. There are also no tissues in the hotel room.

Some things need to be improved to make it better and the guest's stay experience more impressive. The mattress needs to be replaced because it has sagged too much so that sleeping is uncomfortable or has not been rotated. The pillow case also needs to be updated. In the afternoon, the sound of the AC is quite disturbing and is handled by engineering and the AC is not cold enough, even though the room temperature shows 21 ° but I still sweat when sleeping Overall it's fun.
