The pool is a bit small. If it were bigger, it would be perfect.

All staffs are polite. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is good.

This is the 2nd time I come back. But not as my 1st impression. The facilities went old after the covid and the houskeeping staff were not very active as they did.

Should be 4 and a half stars ..very beautiful ..guaranteed cleanliness and luxury, pleasant to sleep ..the bathroom is fully equipped. Like a mirror near, far, if going to Udon again, stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Everything was awesome, The room was very clean, and comfy. Staffs were friendly and well-mannered. Only thing I wanted to complain was Hot water that wasn't hot enough for bathtub.

One of the best hotel is located to UD Town. Cozy and nice place. all staffs are politely.
