Favorit kita Nasi Goreng dan telur balado.+ Untuk kolam renang kita tidak sempat berenang.+ sempat kehilangan kalung emas anak tercecer di kamar, pas ketemu sama petugas hotel langsung dikabari sorenya setelah check out. Terima kasih banyak untuk orang-orang baik dan jujur.- AC kamar 414 kurang dingin.- siaran TV tidak banyak.- WiFi kurang kuat. Sepertinya akan berlangganan di hotel ini.

The only hotel in Lubuk Basung, always stay here if you go to Lubas. Overall, the experience was okay, the breakfast was okay, the cleanliness and water facilities were okay too. Only a few times the electricity was down and that the lights went out for a while. But the hotel team was quite alert and soon the electricity came back on. At first I was disappointed that my booking had not been registered until D-1 I called and confirmed to the hotel. But after being checked and reconfirmed by the online agent team, my booked room can be registered.

Fun, suitable for families, it's just that the air conditioner is not cold enough.

The hotel is comfortable and the service is very good. But there is one correction, WiFi is really bad in the room, we can't work, Telkomsel signal is also not good in the room especially the 3rd floor where I stay. I beg to fix WiFi, it's perfect.

The hotel is good unfortunately security is less welcome when guests enter the parking lot. Impressed so much about the security and the room space is also good, just lacking in the hot water that is not hot at all.
