As a transit hotel it is highly recommended.

If you want to be close to the airport, it's ok, but for comfort, I don't think so. The 3-story superior hotel is on the 3rd floor and it's not stated in the advertisement that if you want to upgrade to the 2nd floor, add 100 thousand and to the 1st floor, add 200 thousand. It's not recommended for smokers because there is no smoking room.

There is no breakfast and information from the receptionist is still lacking.

Order on the new app and wait for the room to be cleaned for 2 hours, the hotel is expensive but standard, only a little dirty on the bed, we were told to pay a fine of 150. Very bad 👎👎👎👎.

The hotel is very comfortable, strategic and the staff are friendly.

The hotel staff is very nice & the room view is good, but because it is in front of the lounge it is a bit noisy from other guests.

The bathroom equipment is still lacking, and I have an experience, I left behind a green gemstone ring, when confirmed they said it was not there, indeed when I went out there was an officer who went upstairs to check the room, my son had told me not to forget the ring on the table when I was tidying up. My negligence also did not wear it, hopefully in the future the employees can be more honest 🙏 and the hotel employee who took it can realize that what they did was wrong.

Near the airport area, it is suitable as a transit accommodation. Unfortunately the hot water in the bathroom didn't work at all. I have reported it to the officers but there is no solution. In fact, the hot water doesn't flow. The bathroom water was cloudy yellow. The mattress is worth replacing (1st floor). The bathroom must have a freshener because it smells.

The officers are kind and humble. Good.

Very disappointed with the night guard. After parking the car, he was told to park outside until 12, then move the car. We wanted to go to the hotel to rest. He didn't want to be a parking attendant, putting the car in and out whenever he had a break. He said he felt sorry for the parking attendant, but he didn't feel sorry for us.

Lokasi strategis. Depan jalan utama & dekat bandara. Tersedia layanan antar ke bandara gratis. Sempat menjadi tempat favorit kalo berkunjung ke sorong. Namun pas nginap kemarin, pelayanan berbeda dengan sebelumnya. Mungkin sudah ganti manajemen karena staf tidak pakai seragam lagi. Dapet di kamar 307 yang gagang pintu rusak. Harus tap kunci berkali-kali agar gagang pintu dapet digunakan. Waterheater hari pertama panasnya minta ampun. Tidak bisa digunakan untuk mandi karena akan melepuh. Hari ke2 airnya jadi hangat meskipun sudah putar keran maksimal. Kamar tidak dibersihkan. Lumayan untuk harga segitu. Overall bagus hanya sj gagang pintu & waterheater perlu diperbaiki.

Tempat dan fasilitas yang cukup, tp tolong untuk di perhatikan kebersihan tempat-tempat yang tidak terjaukau, banyak sampah-sampah tertinggal yang sedikit mengganggu 🙏.

Cukup bayar 10rb untuk diantar ke bandara. Pelayanannya ramah, dan bener-bener menolong banget.
