The hotel is clean, spacious, yet compact. Family friendly. Need/try to book the room to get a reasonable price. The only minor issue is that we need to circle around the hotel to get to the lobby from the entrance, little bit lengthy.

I stayed here for 2 nights, the breakfast was delicious with a lot of food variations. But unfortunately on the second day I asked for the room to be cleaned from 9 am but it was only cleaned at 4 pm after I protested directly to the receptionist several times. The telephone in the room did not work. Housekeeping was slow, it took 5 hours just to respond to a request to make up the room. It had been a long time, several minutes after I entered the room, the housekeeping pressed the bell because they forgot to put a doormat. Forgot to put it or wanted to ask for a tip?? Please improve the service

Easy check-in & check-out process, one set, very fast. The staff is very reliable. 👍
The room & bathroom are comfortable, no problems at all. The breakfast is varied and all delicious. The only drawback is the small gym, but so far it can still be enjoyed. 🫡
