This accommodation is very pleasant to live in. With 2 rooms for only 450k, the building is well maintained and quite clean. I came as a family at 01.00 in the morning security and villa guards were very friendly and helpful. The location is quite strategic. Close to the highway, the location is around BNS. In the morning if you want to walk around the housing you can see mountain views. Everything is okay, it's just that when we stayed the water pump was a little problematic so the toilet couldn't be used but only for a few hours because the villa guard immediately cleaned it up. Thanks.
