Strategic location, spacious & clean hotel, comfortable rooms

Thanks to Grand Metro Hotel Tasikmalaya, I had a great time with my kids in this hotel. The staff is very friendly, checking time is easier, hope to see you again 😊

The hotel's location is strategic, and the room rates are very reasonable. However, the front parking area is limited, and access to the building is very narrow.

Food is okay, hotel is comfortable, staff is okay.

When I stayed there, there happened to be an event, so it was difficult to park.

Please replace the towel with a new one, because the towel is no longer suitable, the color has faded and is almost torn.

One of the staff paid extra attention to our children.

Overall I am quite satisfied with the Grand Metro Hotel. However, I had a problem when my 1.5 year old baby accidentally hit the toothpick container and it broke. I was asked to replace it for Rp100 thousand, I said it shouldn't be that much because the value of the toothpick container is at most Rp15 thousand, if I replace it for Rp50 thousand I can still accept it, but the hotel said that it was already SOP. There was a tough negotiation process that shouldn't have happened because the hotel's good name was at stake because of the value of Rp50 thousand. Finally, it was agreed to replace it for Rp50 thousand after negotiation.

Large & clean room, facilities such as towels, toiletries and drinking water are available. Swimming pool and towels are provided, staff are friendly and helpful.

The swimming pool is clean. The gym is freely accessible, the equipment is well maintained and clean.

When I went there, the AC was not cold enough so I was hot, I tried to fix it but it was still the same. But overall, the room is nice and spacious.

Restaurant food is not very varied, especially the side dishes.
