The hotel itself has a very creepy atmosphere. Access isn't too difficult, but the motorbike parking is quite far away, and it's not soundproof. The rooms don't have air conditioning, and as soon as I entered, I felt uncomfortable, so I decided to check out before I even had time to sleep. It was probably about 10 minutes from check-in to check-out.

The hotel is nice in Dago Atas, but the swimming pool is a bit spooky and the building is empty. There's no air conditioning, but even in the cool weather, there should be at least a fan. Air conditioning is important, after all.

The hotel is so creepy it feels like a test of courage. 🫣 It's perfect for those who enjoy horror.

The drawback is that there are many empty areas, and it is not maintained like kidzone, and there is no place to eat so the alternative is to buy online.

I was booking for 2 nights but after experiencing it for 1 night I decided to move to another hotel cause there are lots of ants, the smell and cleanliness are not good, and there is no AC. But the staff were so friendly and helpful

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are large and the atmosphere is calm. It is quite clean and comfortable even though there is no AC. Breakfast is delivered to the room, there is an indoor swimming pool for adults and an outdoor swimming pool for children.

The hotel staff is very friendly, responsive. The pool is clean, the hotel environment is clean. To make it lively and there are activities, you can open a mini buffet for breakfast in the dining area near the adult pool while looking at the view.

Advice for those who plan to stay here, it would be better to choose one without breakfast, because the menu is only like this, not worth it, and there is too much oil visible from the fried rice with oily gravy, and the water heater is very slow, it says to save water but the staff told me to turn on the tap until the water gets hot, and it's been 2 hours and the water isn't hot, and the water smells of rusty iron

So many geckos coming inside the room at night. Room cleanliness can be improved, as the room's floor was dusty. We reserved a bedroom for 4 guests and were only provided with 2 towels (it is considered an extra charge if we asked for 2 more).

It is an old but still OK hotel. Unfortunately, some things need to be done and given more attention, such as the soap in the bathroom was none when we came in. When we wanted to swim, we should turn on the light and the pool water machine by ourselves since no one was around to help. In the morning, we saw a dead mouse in the pedestrian area of the hotel and until we checked out it was still there. Overall, our stay was fine because we can go to the national park that is near the hotel and enjoyed trekking there, and many cafes/restaurants are around the hotel.

I was really in a pinch because all the hotels were full, so I happened to find this hotel. Cemara room, for 4 people. The name is unique, the service is good and very friendly. The room is a bit dusty in some places. Without AC, it's still cool, not hot. Too bad I can't watch TV because there's no signal. Overall, highly recommended.

Please clean the table, floor and toilet more, it looks like the place has not been lived in for a long time, and the walls of the room are too thin, the next room is very noisy, the balcony is also dirty, breakfast is very cold like last night's food.
