The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly, and we even got a free room upgrade. The soundproofing still needs a little improvement. Overall, this hotel is very good.

Maximum safe and comfortable service

After returning from Tabuhan-Menjangan Island, coming here was absolutely a good idea and choice! We made the right choice. We arrived at the hotel wet and dirty, entered the room, and then entered the spacious bathroom. The staff was also very friendly.

The hotel is strategically located on the main road, just 3 km from Banyuwangi's town square. It has ample parking and spacious bedrooms.

The location is on a roadside near Ketapang Harbor. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also delicious and available for takeout. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

It was a pleasant experience to stay for two nights at this hotel. The front desk is open 24 hours a day and very friendly. Perhaps a suggestion for the security staff when we arrived is that they were only at the post, not directing parking or helping cars out onto the road. The room was cool and tidy, and the lobby smelled wonderful upon entering. Although there are many stairs to the rooms and the restaurant, there is an elevator that can be used to access several floors. The toilets might need to be checked, as they didn't flush very well. This could be because there were many guests staying at the hotel. But one suggestion is to check the toilet's flow for a more comfortable stay. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. It's quite convenient if you're visiting Banyuwangi for a few days or just transiting. It's certainly affordable with pretty good facilities and amenities. Oh yes, there's a free snack bar with delicious Banyuwangi specialties. Otherwise, the service is good, and hopefully, management will maintain it.

GOOD JOB, friendly staff, clean, comfortable, fragrant hotel, next time to BWI must go to Luminor again, because yesterday I couldn't check in on time due to traffic jams on the way. So I couldn't enjoy Luminor's facilities to the fullest. Thanks Luminor amazing

Overall, it's okay for a night's rest after a day exploring Banyuwangi. It's well worth the price.

Friendly service/staff and a nice hotel to stay.

The room was clean, the food was delicious! I felt completely at ease from the moment I walked in—the room was clean, tidy, and smelled great. The food was also incredibly delicious, making me feel right at home! I absolutely loved it, and I'll definitely be back if I get the chance. ❤️

The room is a bit small. The bathroom is also a bit small.

Everything was great with two notes, there's pee smell from the bathroom. I know it's has been cleaned up, because the room is pristine clean bathroom is clean as well. But it seems like the smell coming from the drainage. Probably other guests might be peeing in the shower :( It's gone after splashing with some waters but the smell come back again after some time. Would be great if you can do something about it. The wall doesn't seems to be soundproof, as I can hear quite loud chatter from other room.
