We were given a room without a window, even though my booking was for a ' twin bedroom with a window '. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening after returning from our Singapore trip. In front of the hotel there is a rubbish bin, disturbing the view, from the lobby to the room it smells like paint. The female receptionist is ugly. There are no tissues in the room, warm water doesn't work.

The location is ok, not far from JB checkpoint, take Grab for 60 thousand IDR, near the hotel there is a food stall, the fried chicken is delicious. The receptionist is also friendly. Thanks, GBU.
