At first I was annoyed because I was given a smoking room, even though I was staying with my children, taking 2 rooms, thankfully the manager immediately decided to find another room that was a non-smoking room. Thank you, Ma'am. Furthermore, the experience of staying here was very pleasant. The room was clean and fragrant, the sheets and towels were clean white. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay for a week during peak season. Staying at Swissbel Pangkalpinang was the right choice as this hotel is located at the city center and surrounded with food tenants and restaurants. Breakfast time was also our favorite, since the offered variety of foods whether local taste, international style with great taste. Other thing to add, Swissbel deluxe room is also quite spacious completed with its cleanliness. We would love to stay at this hotel, once we back to Pangkalpinang.
