Everything is ok, friendly staff, I stayed for 5 nights but the housekeeping staff only changed the towels and folded the blankets. They didn't empty the toilet. One more thing, because this was my first time in Bangkok, I booked this hotel quite far from the center, about 8-10km.

I like the convenience, good view, clean room, and lovely staff.

Very good location, close to the train station, shopping malls, and the airport. Traveling anywhere is very convenient.

The location is very convenient for travel near MRT and BTS. The staff is very friendly.

Good room, delicious breakfast and I really like the smell of UHG hotels. Both places I stayed were fragrant. I love it so much. Everything is great. The view from the room is of both the swimming pool and BTS. Most importantly, the hotel is located very well. It is near Central Ladprao, Union Mall, and it is also connected to MRT Phahon Yothin Exit 1. It is very convenient and easy to get to the airport. The first time I stayed there, I was very impressed. I will go back to stay again when I have a chance.

Nice staff. Good value with breakfast included. Super convenient location across the street from MRT, mall. One drawback was the moldy smell from the aircon.

Booked a large room type. When checking in, the hotel informed me that the app sold more rooms than the available number, so they gave me a small room type... The hotel compensated by giving me a food coupon... I'm so upset when I encounter this. 😠

The room is clean and big. Easy to travel.

Friendly staff, very cute. Quick procedures. Near Don Meung, but I arrived at Sur and when go back to Siam by grab, while the trafficjam in Thai is take a hour😫 Opposite MRT station and Union mall. Chatukchak by MRT is okay. And Impact Arena for concert is okay. Anyway, the hotel is perfect 100% ka~ This is my second time.

This time, I didn't get the room that I requested, which was in the front zone of the hotel. And this time, the room was not soundproof at all. The only noises that disturbed my sleep were the sound of people walking outside the room, the sound of the bathroom in the next room, and the sound of the maid cleaning the other room. Other than that, everything was fine.

It was OK … nothing special … room smelled a bit damp and didn't like no opening window … but was just one night so did the job.

The first night I felt like there were dust mites. Itchy when sleeping I couldn't sleep well. The 2nd night, I had to change the sheets but felt uncomfortable because I slept with my head under a very large beam.
