sorry if I want an honest review 🙏 we stayed in the family type, near the swimming pool, the room is narrow, if we meet in the room we can bump into each other, there is no AC/fan, the window can't be opened, so it's a bit stuffy if you close the door, but if you open the door all the flies come in, then die in the room, so many flies die in the room. the terrace is only small with 1 bench without a table, so sitting outside is also uncomfortable. the hotel is too rigid in implementing the policy, I ordered the family type, me, husband + 2 children, it should be enough, but we are required to buy an extra bed because their family type is only for 3 people, I'm annoyed because in other hotels it's still allowed or not necessary to have an extra bed. just know enough I also ordered breakfast for 4 people, delivered to the room, fried rice, fried egg, rice noodles, crackers, the portion was small, the taste (sorry) was strange, and they didn't give me drinking water 😅, it's terrible, there's no drink in the breakfast package. It's better to buy breakfast in front of the hotel like the neighbor next door, they said there was kang nasduk, chicken porridge. Just stay here once the plus.. the staff are friendly, especially the ob 👍

The staff is very friendly, the service is very good. The room is clean, the swimming pool is clean. The only thing that is lacking is that the electricity sometimes goes out🫢not for long, at most 5 minutes it will be back on.

Bawa anak usia di atas 5 tahun diminta bayar 75.000/anak per malam. Entah kenapa banyak lalat padahal tidak ada makanan tumpah. Di standard room tidak ada teko pemanas air.

Hotel rekomendasi kalau nginap di daerah Lembang, bersih room nya kolam renangnya airnya bersih oke banget pokoknya.

The room is clean and comfortable, the room ceiling is high so the room remains cool even without air conditioning. Air circulation is also good because there is a balcony that the door can be opened, also provided prayer equipment including sarong and mukena (not just a prayer mat). Btw the room price does not include breakfast, but we can order breakfast at an additional cost of 25 thousand / portion.
