I left my headphones on my room and went out. when I came back, it's gone!!! I required the hotel's receptionist to solve the problem but the only answer that I received was they didn't steal. OMG...so disappointed at their answers. You know, They evently did not try to find a reason why my headphone's gone... and last but not least, their bodyguard is not kind. I had to wait for 10 minutes to recieve my bike ticket because they did private things at that time...

The hotel is near the airport, there are many eateries around, but walking to the road is a bit difficult because there are no crossing lines and quite large traffic. It seems that book rooms are bathrooms with bathtubs, when I book a room, I also have to ask that the bath is located. Room rates are cheap so it's not a problem but if you are more professional than the receptionist, tell me in advance that my request cannot be arranged. The check-in time is 2h but I have to check in at 11:30 am. The room is large, the air conditioner is quite weak, the hair dryer used 1-2 minutes is automatically disconnected, it has to wait 5p to run again. When you work at the night shift when you are not working seriously, during the video call, you still have to call your boyfriend and turn on the speaker right at the check-in counter. The menu of breakfast is not diverse, the food is also normal, drinking water only tea, coffee and soy milk.

I was disturbed all the night with noise from the wardrobe. In the morning, cleaning staff and housekeeper always awlays make noise. Some guest was disturbed, he was angry and shouted at them a lot. I stayed in this hotel many times, and they did not improve. I will never stay here again. Awful.

Hotel not honest when providing room information. rooms without windows are also not informative. When you need to upgrade your room, you cannot. Finally the price to pay for the room is very expensive. I will not come to the hotel anymore.

I can't satisfied about the conditions of the hotel which is the desk officer can’t speak in English.. I was saying when I’m reaching that I will check in earlier but I will check out earlier.But it suddenly they told me I have to check out on 9th my book was date 8, 9 to 10 but on 9 told me I will check out because I was check in around 5am morning of 8 it’s ridiculous hotel.. I travel many places around the globe I took properly the front desk so it’s clearly before I check in but I thought we are agree on sesame way ..but suddenly will tell me to move out on 9th ..it’s stupid explanations.. it’s horrible.. I can’t recommend that hotel why first of all our traveller we can’t stay whole day long in the hotel we have to explore the sight seeing but on that kind of service I can’t agree..even thought the check in is 2pm check out its 12 noon they have to asked the guest if they move out earlier so we can prepared but on my case I am not agreeing..

Soundproofing room is not good, midnight startled by the next room noise. I asked the receptionist the night before about the early check-out but the receptionist answered there was no breakfast take away. Everything is good.
