Clean, tidy, standard hotel with the price rate I stayed at

The staff is friendly, the location & hotel are good, it's worth it!

Highly not recommended for those who bring family, just checked in and there was a problem, the room could not be opened, the TV was broken, the sheets were not clean, lastly the water was off and there was not a single staff that could be contacted even though there was a number to contact. Unfortunately I did not have time to take pictures of all the unpleasant things. 😔😔

When I wanted to check in, they said the rooms were full, even though I had clearly booked and paid in full through Traveloka. They wanted to give me a simple room without AC. As a result, I didn't end up staying here. The service is really bad. For Traveloka, please blacklist this hotel.

extraordinary for budget under 200k. we extend until 5 nights here. and we will come back . the location nearby the center of kuta. the room is comfortable and we have refrigator and safe box inside. if you want to change the bed cover and refill the soap you must tell them unless they will not change it

The bathroom is too narrow, so the shower has to be tight, it's not imagined that the shower is fat.

Phone number is not active. Smelly / musty towels. The swimming pool cannot be used starting in the morning, it can only be at 10 noon. Breakfast is too simple, try fried rice but it tastes less. There is a fruit package on the breakfast menu, but the fruit hasn't been bought, so it's not there, hiks.

Friendly staff, strategic location with several tourist attractions. But I stayed for 6 days there the room was not cleaned by staff, but cleaned the room myself.
