Nhân viên không nhiệt tình. E đến nhận phòng mà nhân viên nói chuyện cứ khinh khỉnh. Nhận phòng vip mà phòng thì bong tróc nghe mùi ẩm. Phòng khách sạn mà không có cho khách nổi 1 chai nước. Phòng trống không không có nước, máy sấy, ấm siêu tốc, trà, cà phê. Đều không có 1 thứ gì. Được điểm duy nhất: phòng rộng, thoáng.
