the owner pressured me for a 300rm deposit which wasn't stated I'm the add, still I gave him 300 then the room booked for 2 nights I only stayed for 1 night, he cheated me with my deposit he has many reason just to forfeit the deposit. at first he promised to return it to me, and then said the next day 7pm until he has .any reasons till I got tired of taking it. he said he won't give it to me. he is rude and mean. his modus is to forfeit Deposits. that was also his fellow agents said that he is into victimizing deposits of his clients.

Very clean and cozy place. Provide parking place. Closed to changkat and Jalan Alor . The only cons is I met renovation upper level during my stay where make me up early morning. Overall is highly recommended for it .

The owner of the room unit is not friendly. In fact, I want to be tricked by reason of damaging the room key that was charged to me at RM 350. Which value is not in accordance with the price of the key that was replaced, he said, the owner of the unit. Even though the key was already damaged from the start and the internet wifinya from the beginning I entered can not be used and it is difficult to contact the unit manager. And there is no service room cleaning every day. I was forced to clean the room myself. Anyway, I will no longer want to stay at this Swiss Garden Residence Kuala Lumpur hotel.

A great big thank you to the wonderful team at WT Stay. Especially Anne and Iqbal. They were the best hosts ever. When I checked in they were so helpful and actually ungraded me to the huge penthouse suite with 5 rooms and a big deep soaking bathtub for no extra charge. They even paid for my car park charges and were so good to me my entire stay there! Highly recommend their units which I believe are the most affordable and well maintained units by homestay management companies in KL! Good service and warm and engaging staff! Two thumbs up!! The unit has a huge balcony and available BBQ pit! Great location for future parties in KL! Thanks WT Stay!

The 2 bedroom apart is clean, the view is pretty good from the room on the 36th floor, the place is clean, Only the toilet water spray in one of the rooms is not functioning properly but can be overcome by turning directly to the faucet. There is a kitchen with a microwave, stove, refrigerator, pots and utensils, washing machine (including detergent) and dish soap. TV and WiFi function properly. baby, we had an AC accident in the middle of the night, fortunately the air conditioner in the living room was cold. So it's not too hot. Fast response for repairs, even though it turned out that something had to be replaced so I could move the mattress to the living room. there were towels, toiletries, hair dryer, umbrella iron, broom and hanger on the 3rd day there were only officers who came several and changed towels. Check-in and check-out is easy, because we have indicated instructions via wa before check-in time. All you have to do is take the key in the locker that uses a number combination lock that has been previously informed. The location is close to the center of the crowds on the star hill, just a 5 minute walk. Many buses pass in front of the hotel, access to the MRT is quite 15 minutes to walk. This residence is right behind the Swiss garden hotel, if you enter from the hotel you can go up to the 2nd floor and then move the elevator and go down to lobby residence or directly to the lobby residence.
