I'm extremely disappointed, feeling cheated. I wasn't given accommodation at Ora Sunrise. They've been tossed around. If it's already full, they should have closed it and limited the purchase. It was listed as available on the app, but when I arrived, it wasn't clear. Please improve and be more honest in your business. I'm disappointed that I came all this way and it didn't meet my expectations!
