Checking in today was annoying and irritating, because the employee named Reno when checking in was different from when checking in with Mr. Budi. Reno said that an extra bed is mandatory every time I stay at the NAZ Hotel. However, when I stayed several times and checked in with Mr. Budi, it was not like Reno. Be careful if you stay at the NAZ Hotel and have any dealings with Reno.

the hotel is okay, clean, but the mattress is not comfortable

Kita pesen 1 kamar buat ber4. Padahal kamar gede cukup buat ber4 kita pesen yang double bed. Tp disuruh tambah bayar lagi untuk kasur tambahan. Jadi mubazir untuk 1 kasur nya karena ga kepake. Dan d dalam kamar tidak dapat air panas.

Resepsionis jutek banget dan attituded nya ya ampun. Mending dagang cilok, sangat tidak recommended. Baru kali ini ketemu hotel kayak gitu.

@24 Desember 2023. Setelah menginap 1 malam, sangat tidak rekomen, mengecewakan, shower ngga panas, di kamar tidak disediakan teh kopi gula, cuma 1 gelas teh manis saja harus bayar 10 rb, karena sudah terlanjur pesan ya harus bayar 40rb 4 gelas kecil, minimal yang namanya hotel air mineral, gula kopi teh disediakan gratis di dalam kamar.

Actually we wanted to stay at the NAZ hotel, it's just that after we entered the suite type room, the condition of the room was not comfortable, the towels were also not clean white, drinking water was not in the room. Finally we decided to check out not to stay. Sorry, hopefully in the future it will be better.

The accommodation is comfortable, access to everywhere is also easy, the bed and service are comfortable. It's just that I don't like the bathroom area, the rest is ok, I ordered a suite type and indeed the spacious sofa bed is also comfortable.

The hotel is strange, at 12 the pager is closed, it's already like a boarding house, we use the room for an online seminar, the wifi isn't clear and they say the electricity is problematic. The guard is like a boarding houseman who talks a lot, the bathroom has cockroaches. And had to pay 500 thousand because of the damaged electricity fine which he said was due to online activity in our room. A lifetime of visiting this new hotel felt very dissatisfied which was very climax.

i'm sorry but it's really disappointing. the officer ignore guest request about non smoking room. not going to be here anymore :( -- I couldn't even stand to stay there for more than one hour.

The rooms are spacious, there are refrigerator facilities and good service.
