The staff is okay. But the management is terrible. Booked two rooms at WK Gamat. Only one room was available. Moved to Sundi, without breakfast. Breakfast was incomplete. They weren't ready to receive guests. Poor staff. They had to apologize repeatedly for something that wasn't their fault.

A very bad stay. I will not return to any property provided by this management. Miscommunication between staff was very severe, and the hospitality was lacking.

Tolong itu dirawat penginapannya. Shower di villa bocor gak diganti. Sayang airnya berliter-berliter terbuang percuma. Tv rusak gak diganti. ACnya panas. Gak sesuai sama tampilan gambarnya.

Kami tidak di beri breakfast, padahal kami booking hotel tersebut include dengan breakfast nya.

I ordered a 2 bedroom private villa, in room 1 the lights were off, he said, because of a short circuit in the electric current. When I arrived the room was not clean, the floor was dusty, there were cockroaches on the mattress so I asked for insect spray. There is also no amenitis in the bathroom. The villa is like poorly maintained. There was a gecko on the ceiling and its droppings were falling. Luckily the hot water still works ok. The atmosphere is silent, really a hidden area, and there are no villa officers on standby at the villa. Overall thank you for hospitality, hopefully can be better.

The accommodation looks exactly like in the description. The room is clean and everything works well. The surrounding is still so natural full of greens. We could hear many birds chirping in the morning. Forgot to take photo of the room! 😅 They also have two units of private studio villas. The location is not by the major road nor near the beach, but it isn't an issue as we rent car to move around Penida. The staff is also so friendly. Thanks, Ayu for the yummy breakfast!

The only one staying with friends, which is like a private villa with a private pool! The only drawback is that the location is very deep inside, so it is very dark at night.

Feels like home while I'm staying at this Villa, the owner is very humble and helpful, I'll be back to stay at this Villa when I come back to Nusa Penida

The hotel is very comfortable, neat and clean. Suitable for those who like peace. The service is very friendly and also good.
