Every time I go on holiday to Batu, I always stay here.

This was my first time staying in the Panorama residential area, but it wasn't worth it, even though the neighborhood was really nice. 1. The staff was unfriendly. I complained about no Wi-Fi. They said they reported it to the receptionist, but in fact, the Wi-Fi didn't work until check-out. 2. The Smart TV remote had a YouTube menu, but in reality, it didn't work at all (a public scam, isn't it? Haha). 3. As soon as I entered the room, I was immediately greeted by dirty sheets, towels, and curtains (unscrew the pillowcase and the sheets inside were really impressive).

We've been regulars at Vila Panorama for years. There are no words left to describe how much we love this place.

The staff is friendly, very helpful when ci and co. got a room that is different from the main building, but it's okay. for the deluxe type, the room is spacious, clean, comfortable. the downside is the pillowcase is a bit dirty, the sheets are also quite clean, the towels are also clean, no smell. it's just that the soundproofing of the room is a bit lacking, because the sound of other guests who bring small children can still enter. For the readiness of the staff, maybe it can be improved again, when ci waited a bit long for the staff because they were still escorting guests to rooms that were quite far away. oh yeah, the toiletries only got 1 bar of soap. maybe in the future it can be added. hot water works well 👍 600ml mineral water is also available.

a must-have accommodation if you go to Baru, the price is relatively clean, the environment is good for jogging in the morning with a mountain view, the only minus is that the shower in the bathroom is broken and can't be used and the door is hard to close, the rest is okay

I had an unpleasant experience, such as disturbances in the middle of the night and early morning, strange sounds that were quite disturbing, then there was a poltergeist too, maybe because I happened to be the only resident there at that time so the disturbances were quite active

coincidentally the location of the room I booked was not one with the main hotel building, so it was separate. located in a house containing 3 rooms. the location is in the corner and a bit scary at night. the room also smells a bit of urine, and the pillows are yellow. the balcony floor is also dirty maybe because of the rain. only provides soap, no other bathroom equipment. the blanket is also a bit itchy. but in the morning the view is nice. and the location is close to everywhere. does not provide breakfast.

The hotel staff is friendly, even though there was a time constraint to reschedule and they helped until it was finished. Requesting early check in is also allowed. The distance to the Batu square is very close, only 5 minutes. Recommend!
