Stayed for a week and ended up extending for a day. The experience was amazing, the owner was friendly, and the hostel was great for a decent price. Not to mention, this is a pet-friendly hostel, so I brought three of my cats as well, and they're loving it too. Definitely will come back to this hostel if I stay in Jogja with my cats again.

The entire area is clean and tidy. The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. Free drinking water, tea, coffee, sugar, a stove for cooking, and a refrigerator are available. The bathroom is spacious. The location is close to Prawirotaman, so there are lots of entertainment options. Highly recommended👍🏼👍🏼

Lovely Sleepy Raccoon Hostel is such a lovely place to stay in Jogja! The hostel is clean, cozy, and feels like home. The staff are super friendly and helpful, even for late check-ins. The beds are comfortable, the atmosphere is relaxed, and it’s easy to meet other travelers. Quiet neighbourhood. Bit far from the city center, so not convenient if you would like to return for a rest during the day before resuming your adventure. Bedroom & bathroom was clean. My only peeve was that the AC was pointing right down the bed, so it's too cold when I turned it on (even at 28°C), but too stuffy when I turned it off.

I initially only stayed for a day because I was afraid it wouldn't be a good deal, but I ended up spending the whole vacation here! What does that mean? It means approved! The owner is very kind, this room is often occupied by foreigners.

It's perfect for those who want to go on a solo trip, this is the room with the coldest and cheapest AC, wow!!!! This is not a capsule room, so for those who are afraid of being cramped, this is really suitable. The owner is very friendly!!!!!!!! Really!!!!!! I'm the laziest person to review, but if this one I want to say honestly, love it!!!!

Suitable for those who are on vacation in Yogyakarta but the place is quiet, cool, lots of trees, clean, the owner is friendly, can cook and 10 minutes to the center of Yogyakarta. then many foreigners stay here while learning English.
