I had an unpleasant experience here. When checking in it was clear that the hotel charged a deposit of IDR 100,000, - but at check out time I asked for the deposit back. The staff even said that for every booking on Traveloka we don't ask for a deposit. I asked to speak to the staff who received me at check-in, the information was not available at the location. Then I asked to speak to the duty manager, the reason was he wasn't there. That's great for a 3 star class hotel. The deposit amount wasn't much, but the response to my question was what annoyed me. How can Traveloka collaborate with hotels like this?
