Better book another hotel to stay. The hotel staff was not friendly, when I came to check in the staff was actually angry, they informed me that if they had not opened online sales, then I was informed that I would be transferred to another hotel, the check-in process was quite long because they looked not ready to receive guests and were not ready to help customers , after about 25 minutes, I was given a room key and 2 towels which in my opinion were unworthy, dirty and like used. My room is behind the main building, dark like a haunted house, the condition of the bathroom, the toilet is not suitable, the air conditioner is very bad and the TV only has a blurry TVRI channel, because I was afraid that night I asked to move rooms. that's all my confession, thanks.
