The house is nice, clean, comfortable, full gallon + gas, complete kitchen equipment, smooth wifi, hot water is smooth. Very good and friendly to the pocket

For the bathroom the drain was clogged. Not that smooth. Just fix it so that visitors are satisfied.

The villa is clean and comfortable. For a small family with 2 children, it's really good. Complete equipment such as kitchen, bathroom, rest area. All comfortable.

Yes, it's affordable for that price, the only drawback is that I didn't find a rice bowl, lol. The rest is complete & all good. Highly recommended to take the family there again.

Lengkap banget, piring, gelas, dispenser, karpet, rumahnya luas, lingkungannya asri dan nyaman. Kamar mandi agak sedikit kotor dan kalau kesini lebih baik gunakan kendaraan pribadi. Very recommended!

The house is quite clean & well-maintained. Water heater uses gas, works well. Kitchen utensils are sufficient. Provided aqua gallon, tea, coffee & sugar. The manager is quite responsive. There was our jacket left on the hanger, the manager immediately contacted us & sent it to the house via post, thank you.

The facilities are complete. Can early check-in too. The place is clean, the owner is friendly, the guards are alert, the security guards are polite. Definitely will back.

Karena keperluan mendesak akhirnya menghubungi pengelola untuk early check in, dan ternyata bisa karena hari sebelumnya kosong. Pengambilan kunci di pos security dengan menitipkan KTP. Security ramah dan mengantarkan sampai ke villa. Lingkungan enak, tenang, dingin, dan pemandangan sekitar bikin segar. Lokasi sangat dekat dengan Jawa Timur Park 3, sekitar 1 km. Fasilitas tersedia 2 kamar. Ada tv, wifi, air hangat, kulkas, magic com, kompor, air mineral, mie instan, dan beberapa bumbu dapur. Villa juga bersih dan rapi. Cuma jika meninggalkan makanan, semutnya lumayan banyak. Overall sangat baik dan memuaskan.

1. Saat lagi mager makan di luar atau hujan untuk villa ini masih bisa dijangkau ojol dan diantarkan sampai didepan villa dengan alamat yang jelas ya pastinya. 2. Villa yang fasilitasnya lumayan lengkap. 3. Ketika mau keluar tapi portal perumahan sudah ditutup masih bisa keluar dan lapor ke security kalau kita itu tamu. 4. Suasana villa nyaman sekali buat kumpul sama teman atau keluarga dengan view depan villa gunung arjuno.

Lokasi nyaman, strategis, owner dan penjaga ramah, kebutuhan dasar sudah terpenuhi di lokasi seperti mie, air mineral wifi pun lancar dan tv jernih cocok buat liburan.

Chose Princess crown because it was close to Jatim Park 3 and happened to read a review of complete villa equipment (complete kitchen utensils, additional gallon of gas available, until instant noodles, rice, sugar, salt, oil, soy sauce, shampoo, towels, available) and a baby bath :), morning there is a vegetable car passing by so those who want/used to cook can buy it, when you want to enter, all you have to do is take the owner/key manager to the security guard. The price is in accordance with the facilities and in my opinion quite cheap compared to the hotel hehehe, thank you.
