I highly recommend Express Inn as a choice of accommodation for both personal and business trips. Have stayed here several times, in my opinion: - Central location, close to Palembang Square Mall, etc. - Close to the roadside, and beside the highway there are many choices of food that can be tried. - Clean, spacious rooms, - Elevator available, no need to worry if you bring parents. - TV is already digital, can access YouTube, Netflix, etc. - Cold AC, good shower, Hot and Cold water available. Disadvantages; - Only bar soap is provided. Toothpaste and toothpaste are not available. - I once ordered a Shopee Instant package for my personal needs, while my position was still out of town (not yet CheckIn but already Booked on Traveloka). I mean, when I arrive later my Shopee goods will also arrive. However, the driver said it could not be entrusted because the receptionist did not want to accept it. I immediately asked to be connected via telephone with the Receptionist and explained my intention for my package to be received and stored first, I was on my way there in the afternoon. After a short debate, my package was finally able to be deposited. It was a bit dramatic. Besides, they didn't check who would be checking in that day, it seemed like I hadn't ordered yet. HAHAHAH,

Apparently the sheets aren't changed if they're not dirty, but I don't know, there's no dispenser or kettle to make hot water :(

There were no prayer mats or sarongs, no kettle for hot water, no coffee or tea, no toothbrush, only one small bar of soap was given.

Rooms are spacious and clean, windows can be opened for smoking. For that price you can get a city view, complete with a view of the LRT bridge. Hot water is available but there is no electric kettle etc. Amenities are just a towel and a little soap. Overall, god, it's close to the main road, city center and there's a lift so it's disabled friendly

Clean but the smell of cigarettes is still there, just a suggestion, maybe spray it first before other people inhabit it, thank you.

I stayed at the Express Inn Hotel Palembang just for a 1-night transit, as for the hotel staff, it's just B, the minus point in a hotel like this is that it's hard to find a parking space. A kettle for making tea or coffee, a dispenser, tea and coffee are not provided, so bring your own. While toiletries are available, the towels are thin. The plus is that I stayed on the 4th floor, there is an elevator and it is close to culinary places (only a few meters from Pindang Musi Rawas) close to the Ampera Bridge and Kuto Besak Fort) the bathroom and heater in the bathroom are good and function well.
