A very memorable place because you can see the sunset from the room, super beautiful. Open the balcony in the morning, the air is refreshing. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. Hopefully it will continue to be improved.

I've ordered a room with a request for 1 bed twice, but I always get twin beds. They said that if you order on the app you'll only get that room. So what's the point of having a request?

So far so good, only some items in the room need to be upgraded because they are close to being inadequate, so that guests feel comfortable. For example towels, sheets and sinks, also showers

Wanted to check in but waited 30 minutes for the receptionist because of Maghrib prayers, there were other employees but they didn't know anything about check in and check out.

Friendly & polite service, early check in is also possible; The room is clean, the bathroom is also clean; There's just no water heater but that's okay; cold AC and smooth + clean water; The view from outside the room is nice, especially at sunset; Quiet, not noisy at night; Breakfast facilities are okay and tasty; The room service facilities are okay, there are only a few menus that you have to confirm the availability of when you want to order from the restaurant; Overall service OK [Room 208].

There is no heater / hot water. There is no breakfast menu choice.

Hotel sudah tua. Kamar hotel bau, jamuran dan fasilitas sudah tidak layak.

Looks like the best hotel in Sukadana with a very good view. The rooms are quite comfortable and the service in general is very good. Keep moving forward at Mahkota Kayong Hotel, always provide the best service for customers 👍.

Supposed to be very nice hotel, now it has become rather old hotel. Still nice though. But the price is rather high for the current condition.

There is no hot water, the shower water stagnates, the bed is flat, the hotel view is good.

Service is lacking, breakfast can be up to no rations.

AC is not cold. The sheets were dirty and couldn't sleep because it was itchy. The toilet floor is flooded.

I already paid for the room for 2 nights. But for one reason or another before the 2nd night I wanted to cancel the room but the hotel said that the refund would be processed through the application but until now there has been no news from the hotel or application. I am disappointed.

The hotel is good, it's just that yesterday I got a room that had a bad smell.

Hotel services are not satisfactory, all are limited, even asking to change towels is very long.

Jauh dari ekspektasi, walaupun kamar yang paling murah di Mahkota Kayong tapi untuk harga segitu dengan pengalaman menginap kemarin bisa dibilang mahal. Harusnya untuk hotel satu-satunya di Kayong bisa lebih bagus lagi perawatannya, staff-nya sih ramah tapi untuk kamar sangat minus. Toilet bau kayak toilet umum. Sarung bantal bau pesing dan ada bekas basah, ntah dicuci atau tidak. Telpon tidak berfungsi. Pintu balkon tidak bisa dikunci. Harapannya semoga ke depan bisa diperbaiki lagi, bisa jadi hotel kebanggaan Kayong. 🙏🙏

good breakfast. but the shower has no hot mode, so when it is cold it's hard. For the price offered, the room should have a bathup. At Merpati hotel Pontianak, for a similar price there is already a bathup. okay service. The view is delicious because it faces the sea. only the door facing the sea cannot be locked. The blanket is already yellowish. so unsightly. the service is okay. Now the future will be even better.
