Affordable price. Booked 2 rooms, got on the 8th floor. One room had a mountain view but the ceiling was full of spider webs, the bathroom was full of camphor so the room smelled of camphor. The other room across from it was cleaner and more comfortable, the bed was soft, the water heater worked well, but the bidet was too loud and couldn't be adjusted, and the room key was a bit difficult. When I wanted to leave the room, the key was difficult to open, I chatted with the guard asking for another room, but he only answered that I had to pry it open with a spoon. Got a free breakfast of fried rice with egg & warm sweet tea, quite good. You can use the apartment facilities such as the swimming pool and fitness center. There is a swimming pool for children too. got 2 rooms, the 9th floor room was tidier, the 26th floor room was uncomfortable: the wall paper was peeling, the room was dusty, the door to the terrace was unlocked and had no key, the bed was small and had an unpleasant smell, the lights were dim/not bright, the room smelled bad, the sound of motorized vehicles from the road entering the room made it noisy and uncomfortable, the bathroom was also uncomfortable, the building management room where the key was taken was full of people sitting around, not employees and full of cigarette smoke

I stayed on the 6th floor. If you stay here, it's pretty clean compared to the others. The pluses are that the water heater is on, check in is fast, clean, there's a refrigerator, nice view, good price, TV is on. The minuses are the shower handle is wobbly, the bathroom floor is slippery, there's no mineral water, no towels or toiletries.
