Although there is an upgrade of hotel room to bigger space.. but the bed is very small.. I still prefer 2 single beds instead of one queen sized bed.. And the hotel breakfast is horrible.. not much variety to choose from..😟😟

do hope the food can have more variety. the location is very strategic

Pros: Hotel is located in Bukit Indah area, within walking distance to Aeon Mall. Easily accessible to eateries, with many food options available. Room is small but relatively comfortable for 2 pax. Cons: No aircon in the hotel lobby area, there are standing fans but still quite warm if you are waiting there for some time. Amenities and breakfast choices are limited. Overall, it was an okay experience but preferable for a short period of stay.

Staff so friendly and helping, food is very tasty and very satisfying. Clean room. And the hotel is very close to the shop. And close to legoland. Just 10 minutes and arrived so totally very satisfied.

Travelling while pandemic was still at large. Granada hotel is here for you! The good👍. Room is perfect for family. Non-smoking floor. View is astounding. The Hall is perfect for any event. Good Covid-19 SOP practice. Food sent to you. Can be improved 🤗. Food can be better. The elevator not working. Lift is taking too long. (Only one functioned well)

Very smooth process. Book at 1pm and confirm booking at 1.30pm. Check in very fast and receptionist is very helpful and kind. Near to all facilities.

The hotel is close to Aeon Mall, Tesco. Also not far to Legoland, the staff are friendly, the hotel is clean. It's just a shame the policy of the hotel. When you want to have breakfast, kids over 4th are charged. Only this time I stayed at the hotel, for breakfast the children were charged.

Clean room, comfortable bed. The check in and check out procedure a bit slow.

Clean hotel and good facilities. Every time to johor always stay here. The surrounding cuisine is also delicious🤣

The location of the hotel is great near Aeon Mall, shopping and dining are close by. to the nearby legoland, the nearest kiloan laundry. May hotel room. order a room facing the Aeon instead given the one facing the back. so bad anyway. I asked for a king size bed instead of being given a twin, this is bad too. for childhood breakfast, how about adult prices? yes, it should be like other hotels given 1/2 adult price. I'm tired

Pretty good, but the bed was not as comfortable as it had been for a long time, so it went down a bit. The wifi is also less likely because I'm on the 9th floor. The swimming pool is also gone when my child wants to swim.

The toilet is problematic, the breakfast menu is less varied.

Check in speed could be faster.
