At first this hotel was really my fav when I went to Jogja, yesterday I was really disappointed. It's starting to not take care of it, it's dirty, the room smells, the towels have just been torn. Sheets smell bad. It's a shame even though the cheap price already has swimming pool facilities.

Their service was not good. There’s no cleaning room session everyday like standard other hotel. The bed is smelly and uncomfortable to the point that made me get back pain. The air cond was not functioning well too. Hope they can improve their hospitality and be better for the future.

really? they call me for courtesy CO I'm begging for 12.30. they say ok. then they charge me 30%. I'm late because I hv to buy shampoo and soap. they don't provide such things. Towel is awful how many years it wasn't replaced. The key is often stuck. AC doest cool. Wiifii often disconect. Sorry to say, " I'll never come back here".
