Everything was great; the room had a beautiful view, and the receptionists and hotel staff were very helpful, ensuring I had a wonderful stay. Since I also work in hotels, I found the staff's attitude and work ethic to be very professional and meticulous.

The hotel is located right by the sea near Man Thai beach. This area is quieter than My Khe and My An, surrounded by local restaurants, perfect for those who like peace and quiet and want to explore local eateries. A huge plus is the beautiful, non-glaring sea view. Even more surprisingly, you get a direct view of the international fireworks display! It looks a bit small in photos, but it feels very close in person. The staff were also very attentive in arranging the room according to my requests. Breakfast was quite good. The downsides are that some facilities and equipment are a bit old, such as the elevator, toiletry trays, curtains, bed linens… especially the shower in my room; water kept dripping from the overhead tap even though I turned it off, which was quite annoying. Also, surprisingly, the hotel didn't provide shower gel. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. I hope the hotel will improve its facilities in the future!

This was my first time booking a room here. Since I was traveling with a baby under 24 months old, I chose a room with a large bed. Overall, upon arrival, I found the staff and security quite enthusiastic, speaking softly and providing clear instructions to guests. The room was spacious, clean, and odorless. I stayed in room 1807, which offered a partial sea view, but my baby was very happy.

First time going to Da Nang, not much experience but booked a very good hotel. I booked a room from Saturday to Tuesday, check in is 2pm, check out 12pm, the flight was delayed, the staff also supported delaying check in time 24/24. I stayed in room 905, with a sea view ^^ Most of the tourists here are Korean and (seems to be) Malaysian or Indonesian. The hotel is not far from the center, near Son Tra peninsula, going to Hoi An is also very convenient. The staff is enthusiastic, gentle, the security guard is also easy to approach. Clean rooms every day if guests need it. Thank you ❤️

The hotel service was good. It only take 2 minutes walk to the My Khe beach. The room has a partial beach view, however doesn’t have soundproof. Overall was a good place to stay for a few days. Ms. Hana was really friendly and helpful.
