The water heater is on and the AC is cold, perfect for a staycation.

The room might need some improvements, like the wall decor, the mirrors in the toilet and washbasin, and the shower, which needs cleaning. A water filter would be a good idea for a cleaner water supply. The AC is cold🫰

There was a lack of tissues while staying here, and I encountered a lot of mosquitoes in the room. It needs to be fixed, and it wasn't very relaxing.

Nice friendly staff, good location in the city center, good cheap price, only the room I stayed in, the shower water was very hot, no hot or cold options, the room was not very spacious.

The staff had stiff faces like dry chamois and were unfriendly. I was really disappointed with the service. Learn to be friendly and smile, you're a service provider.

I don't understand this hotel, many people have good comments, not meaning to denigrate, this hotel is very strategic. The facilities should be improved, the mattress, blanket, pillowcase should be replaced, or if there are many islets, do not use them anymore. The room when I entered the room smelled really bad, the mattress, gosh, there are many islets, I don't understand what caused it.

The staff was friendly, but the sheets weren't very clean. Please pay more attention to cleanliness next time.
