A truly satisfying stay at the hotel from check in to check out, the staff were very welcoming and dedicated. They always smiled and greeted me every time they saw me. I am very impressed with the staff here, lovely, friendly, and ready to assist when I need help. Another impressive thing here is that the welcome drink is very delicious. The room was clean and tidy. One thing to note for everyone is to arrange your trip in advance because in the center of Ho Chi Minh City there are many places for you to visit. The hotel is right in the center of District 1, the room is clean and beautifully decorated, the breakfast is very delicious for me, the 24/7 receptionist is always happy with the guests even though we came back quite late from playing, I highly appreciate the hotel service.

The Matterhorn Inn Hotel is ideally situated in the heart of the city. It’s just a short walk from major attractions like museums, parks, and shopping districts. The central location makes it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. My room I stayed in was modern and stylish, featuring a large window that provided a great view of the skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was equipped with all necessary amenities, including a hair dryer and a mini-fridge. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They provided quick check-in and were always available to assist with any questions I had. Their local recommendations for dining and entertainment were spot on.

What I really like here is that the staff are very enthusiastic, they proactively help us throughout our stay. I arrived at the hotel earlier than check-in time, about 11am, but they helped us check in early. The hotel lobby is a bit small, so when there are many guests, it feels a bit stuffy. In return, the hotel has a rooftop terrace, so it's okay. It's right in District 1, so it's quite convenient to go anywhere. If I have the chance, I will come back to the hotel.

The TV was not working because they are doing a major renovation on the entire building. Overall, it was good. The staff is friendly.

The bed is full of dust mites that made me itch for all over night. The hygiene is the problem. The continental breakfast may not be my taste. But, the staffs are very welcome and helpful.

I booked an overnight room but when I checked in, the staff said it was only 4 hours while I had already paid, then I didn't check in and had to use another app to rebook the room. Roiif the attitude staff let me into an unacceptable room on the rooftop, extremely disappointed

the receptionist is very nice but the room quality is very bad, the bed is terrible, can't sleep with a wobbly bed, can't straighten my back, can't sleep
