The receptionist is not polite. the reception desk was empty at check-in and had to call several times in a rather loud voice.

The room lights are not bright enough, the room musty smell.

Not so good, but no bad. good enough for resting for a night. AC, toilet and bed are good. the neighbors are nice, easy to buy food or breakfast.

The advantages are quite cheap near everywhere, strong WiFi, warm water is there, TV is okay but unfortunately the drawbacks are just 30 minutes of resting on a mattress itching itchy turns out the sheets have not been changed but the staff thank God swiftly fit, the bathroom smells of the toilet evaporating so it rather uncomfortable, room temperature AC is not appropriate sometimes even AC error is not cold must be turned off first and then turned on again and then cold. Hopefully in the future we can prioritize cleanliness again.

I have forgiven several times. Because hot water is never hot. Now you can really get a nice spacious room. but there are 2 cockroaches. Then the air conditioner does not match the temperature. So the room is very hot. WiFi for TV is also often an error. And can info on other rooms AC is also broken, disappointed.

Check-in that was difficult for mercy, it's the second time. Padah in my application has been successful payment but once check-in must be difficult. CS is not friendly at all and is not polite to guests. In my room I also found a fairly large centipede.

The hotel clerk was not friendly, the room was integrated with the boarding area so that privacy was somewhat disturbed, but the room was quite clean, the AC was cold, the WiFi was okay, the location was strategic.

not bad to sleep here .. for a spacious room but unfortunately the sleep is hard, hot water also doesn't work .. it's good for sleeping overnight .. strategic location with my office :) I will return here if needed but with a different room and there is warm water: D

The hotel is quiet, clean, the important thing is not horror! Great, I ordered 4 rooms for families, there is even a baby 3 months of sleep soundly, cold AC! whatever they are welcome..the pool size is quite not a problem.

The guards all felt like thugs, want early check-in instead of staying in food, it is not recommended with hotel guards who are like thugs. Paying for sleep feels like a ride. Not a great good place so it should be equipped with hospitality. If it's bad, everyone better just close it.

Not satisfying the service. Employees are not friendly and deft. When it comes it doesn't explain the use of existing WiFi, turning on the TV, and lots of cats. So that pooping is unexpected. there was dirt in front of my room, the clerk was slow to respond.

I have stayed 2 times at Tirtankara residence. Very very very super satisfied. Completeness is adequate even though the price is cheap. Cable TV, hot water, AC, swimming pool, soft bed. The room is fragrant, clean, satisfied anyway. Until I recommend to friends when staying in the South Jakarta area to Tirthankara residence. Increase back to the room for worship if Muslims. Unfortunately there is no sign of Qibla and it is quite narrow in the room. that's all the drawbacks. So good is the other one.

This TR is really wow, it says two stars, but in my opinion it's already like a 4 star ... facilities are adequate, cable TV, Wifi, air conditioning, hot water toiletries, swimming pools, car parks, and that makes it comfortable too, in bad places to sleep there are many electric socket. It's better if you wash and lie down. Hehe ... wow experience .. someday if I go to South Jakarta I will definitely go back to TR .. greetings from bandung. 👍🏿

Complete hotel facilities, comfortable place, equipped with wifi
