The good:- Private pool.- Location close to Jatim Park and tourist attractions. The bad:- Dirty bathroom and kitchen area.- There are some cockroaches in the kitchen area.- Damp.- Limited cutlery

cool and satisfied, will stay here again if I go to Batu. 3 bedroom villa and enough for us 4 adults and 2 children. the swimming pool is spacious and clean, unfortunately the smell of chlorine is very strong so it stings the eyes and makes you cough so you can't swim for long, the TV is a smart TV, there is wifi and you can also do karaoke. complete cooking utensils although they are a bit rusty so if you want to use them you have to wash them first. so far so good

+strategic location near the mall + there are 3 rooms + large swimming pool - lots of cockroaches in the kitchen, bedroom and living room, there are also worms in the bathroom - the staff is very slow to respond

We start from the villa, it's quite clean and fragrant too. facilities such as water heater, refrigerator, rice cooker, stove, WiFi, fan, and air cooler function well, there is a fairly large TV that can do karaoke, but I'm not really satisfied 😅 because it's very close to the neighbors so you have to be aware that if the sound is not good, don't make it too loud 😅🙏 and yeah, if you're in Batu we don't need AC 🤣 the villa owner is very friendly, check in at around 2 am you can enter, then check out is also allowed at 1 am 😎 the swimming pool is so big, it's really satisfying to swim there, which is also indoor, privacy is safe 👍🏻 want to go to Indomaret, it's close, or looking for food is also easy 👍🏻 Overall everything is okay, there's only a little minus, for parking, it can fit 1 car, motorbikes can be more, there's just no fence, so yesterday I was a bit nervous about sleeping, but there is CCTV parking👌🏻 then yesterday there was a cockroach in the living room🥺pay more attention to cleanliness 🙏next time if I go to Batu I will stay here again 🥰

The villa is very close to Batu City Square. The rooms, space and bathroom are clean and fragrant. The pool water is clean, but in the morning after swimming, your eyes become sore. You can do karaoke, there is coffee, tea, magicom, stove, water heater, basically it is very satisfying. The villa is suitable for 2 families. Recommended 👍

Udah beberapa kali nyewa di n2 ke cuma di villa ini aja sedikit kecewa, karena banyak kecoa di kamar dan peralatan dapur ada beberapa yang sudah tidak layak pakai (berkarat), dan ada alat air panas di kamar mandi tidak bisa berfungsi.

Untuk pelayanan, menurut saya keren se, kami ada masalah di perkuncian dan water heater, tapi jam 20h00 tetap di layani dengan baik. Untuk kamar nya bersih dan wangi. Kolam renang nya juga bersih. Dapur dan semua fasilitas nya berfungsi dengan baik. Lokasi nya strategis. Minus nya. Bau kaporit nya kolam renang agak terasa. Parkiran mobil nya hanya cukup 1 mobil, tapi kalau mau 2 mobil, yang satunya di luar (pinggir jalan).

Bagian depan Villa bersih, kamar & tempat tidur bersih, hanya saja bagian lantai dapur kotor sekali. Peralatan masaknya bau kecoak, apalagi bagian bawah kitchen set kotor sekali dan bau kecoak. Beberapa kali nongol juga ada kecoak. Kolam renang baik, hanya airnya mungkin ga selalu di kura setiap ada tamu, karena bagian pinggir kolam ada kotoran yang menempel di dinding kolam.

The overall facilities are okay, only 1 or 3 times in the afternoon the lights go out after that it's safe, but maybe because it's next to an ordinary residential area, so it's a bit uncomfortable to do activities freely, for example: karaoke.

Villa ini cocok buat keluarga besar karena kolam renangnya besar dan semua yang kita butuhkan di sana komplit.

The villa is actually comfortable. Me and my friends like it. Broad enough. There is a swimming pool too. Away from the crowds. So calm down. But service is a little slow. Like at that time there was a wifi problem and also a power outage. Long handled. Even the wifi still can't be used until I get home. Just arrived at the villa and especially in the room it still smells like people used it. The floor is still rancid. Wet mat. Kitchen equipment is not washed clean. You can even see traces of leftover food and still smell of indomie. So when I just arrived, my friends and I had to clean the villa first for the convenience of being occupied. The check out check in process was not accompanied. (I don't understand whether all villas are like that for the check in check out process).

The villa is cool and good, access to the middle of Batu City, 5 minutes to the Batu City square, just a suggestion to add ventilation space for air in and out, because when we cook or at least fry something, the smoke really takes a long time to disappear due to lack of air ventilation earlier, the others are okay, the villa is also clean. In my opinion, it is not very impressive, because there are several obstacles that make it uncomfortable, 1. In the first room it seems to be leaking because there are water droplets from above, 2. The accessories are lacking such as soap, shampoo and dish soap, they are very limited, 3 The lights went out 2 times, please pay close attention so that customers don't get disappointed, we wanted to go on vacation and feel happy but in fact it's not impressive, thank you.
